Satellites observe the Earth from space, what and how?

Together with the kids in Montesorri, we discovered what satellite observations (direct and indirect) look like, how we make those observations, what the atmospheric phenomina we can observe from space, etc. We also achieved to make our own clouds and record our ocean temperature.
